Low Income Housing

Following several years of research into Low Income Houses (LIH) in Pakistan, it is

well established that:

• The supply of LIHs is not being properly addressed, because of cost and

huge volume required ….. the World Bank is projecting a shortfall of near 10

million houses across the country

• The proposal is to address the problem on a national scale using

industrialization techniques to deliver modest, durable homes on a Fast

Track System

• Install plants on 2 year programmed basis in all provinces, increase production

by installing new plants as volume and quality targets are met
